Be Your Best Self: The Power of Discipline and Consistency

I believe that everyone has the power to be their best self. It doesn’t take shortcuts or endless, unachievable goals. It just takes discipline and consistency.

That’s why I’m here to help you make better choices every day. I’ll show you how to find 10 minutes a day to start your fitness journey, and how to improve over time as you see fit. I’ll also share tips on nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being.

I believe that the power to choose is ours. We have the power to make our lives better, one choice at a time. So join me on this journey, and let’s make the best version of ourselves together.

Here are some ways you can start today:

  • Go for a walk. This is a great way to get some exercise and improve your overall health. Just walk out of your house and head north, south, east, or west for 5 minutes and start coming back. It’ll be a 10-minute walk back and forth. Increase the time if you feel like, but make a commitment to 10 minutes only, more than that is your choice.
  • Read our blog posts on fitness, nutrition, and mental health. There’s a wealth of information on this website to help you on your journey to becoming your best self.
  • Sign up for the email list to get tips and inspiration. I’ll send you emails with new content and resources to help you stay motivated.

I hope these tips help you get started on your journey to becoming your best self. Remember, it’s all about discipline and consistency. I started walking for 10 minutes a day back in 2008, and ran a half-marathon in 2011 (proof is in the picture below, lol).

Just make a commitment to doing something, anything, every day, and you’ll be amazed at how far you can go.

3 years after I started walking for 5 minutes away from home to turn back and get home with a 10-minute-walk completed, that’s me on the bellow picture after km15 going for the final 6km to complete the 21km in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in March 2011. If you want it, it’s just a matter of time!
